Grassfire wants to do everything we can to rally grassroots citizens to fight the outrageous COUP against President Trump! That's why on Tuesday of next week (precisely ONE YEAR from the 2020 elections), we'll launch our FIGHT THE COUP campaign with a website that will serve as a rallying point for pro-Trump Americans.
Our plan is to build a massive COALITION of grassroots citizens and citizen-led organizations to show that MILLIONS OF AMERICANS oppose this COUP attempt. Please help us sound the alarm and rally tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of citizens to join a massive, nationwide FIGHT THE COUP effort.Read more
With today's House vote officially authorizing the impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt, Democrats have drawn the battle lines that could make or break the Trump presidency. Also at stake is "the Republic for which we stand."
This morning's resolution vote was almost entirely along party lines. All 194 GOP Representatives present and two Democrats voted against it. (Three Republicans didn't vote.) The remaining Democrats and one "Independent" cast 232 votes in favor of continuing to investigate, and possibly impeach, President Trump.Read more
FIRST OFFICIAL HOUSE VOTE ON IMPEACHMENT IMMINENT! GO HERE NOW TO SEND FAXES FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY:
The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold its first official impeachment vote TODAY! OUR SOURCES SAY THE VOTE IS IMMINENT -- IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS!
H. Res. 660 would direct "certain committees to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist ... to impeach Donald John Trump."
But Grassfire has learned that it's not only Republicans who are opposed to continuing the impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt against our Commander-in-Chief. One of the 10 or so Democrats critical of the impeachment effort is Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey. He told FOX News last night:
"The presidential primary season is amongst us, and we have a general election coming up within a year. Let the people decide and let’s get issues such as lowering prescription drug prices, infrastructure, access to healthcare, veterans’ benefits, and small business accomplished."Read more
In less than 24 hours, the U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to conduct their first official vote on impeaching President Trump. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claims the resolution (H. Res. 660) "affirms the ongoing, existing investigation" and "establishes the procedure" for her impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt.
While Representatives will NOT be voting on articles of impeachment, the resolution, if passed, will formally set the ground rules for the investigation. But Democrats have been holding secretive, closed-door, non-transparent impeachment meetings on Capitol Hill for weeks!Read more
Just as we have been warning, Democrats are now STEAMROLLING towards impeachment, with the first formal vote taking place THIS WEEK. Our contacts indicate that their impeachment COUP will continue unabated until after Thanksgiving and, possibly, into the New Year.
As you know, Grassfire has been one of the leaders in exposing this bogus COUP attempt that started with the Mueller investigation and has continued non-stop throughout the entire Trump presidency.Read more
Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has announced the House will vote on a resolution this week that "affirms the ongoing, existing investigation" and "establishes the procedure" for her impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt. According to a FOX News article, this sham vote will take place on Thursday. As of early this morning, the House Committee on Rules hadn't even given the resolution a name.
Democrats have been holding secretive, closed-door, non-transparent impeachment meetings on Capitol Hill for weeks. When Pelosi formally announced the start of the impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt last month, the White House attacked the process as "highly partisan," "illegitimate" and "unconstitutional." Yesterday, she ridiculously blamed the Trump administration as the reason why the resolution is needed:
Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT), the twice-failed Republican presidential candidate, has been brazen and unyielding in criticism of President Trump. He made his disdain for the President known long before joining the Senate in January of this year.
In a March 2016 speech, Romney called then-candidate Trump "a phony, a fraud" who was "playing members of the American public for suckers." He added, "If we Republicans choose Donald Trump as our nominee, the prospects for a safe and prosperous future are greatly diminished." Mr. Trump responded by calling the former Republican presidential nominee a "choke artist."Read more
President Trump lashed out at his GOP critics on Wednesday by tweeting:
The Never Trumper Republicans, though on respirators with not many left, are in certain ways worse and more dangerous for our Country than the Do Nothing Democrats. Watch out for them, they are human scum!
While Grassfire thinks "human scum" is a bit harsh and even inappropriate, we agree that every Republican in Congress needs to demand an end to the impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt against the President. Too many GOP lawmakers are "waffling" in their support for our Commander-in-Chief and refusing to consider what's really at stake.
While some House Republicans are literally storming the gates to protest the Democrats' impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt, other Republicans in Congress are sitting on their hands, refusing to take a stand for our President. Some, like Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), are actively and openly criticizing our Commander-in-Chief. The failed 2012 Republican presidential nominee called Mr. Trump's July phone call with Ukraine's president "troubling in the extreme ... deeply troubling."
The truth is that impeachment CANNOT happen without Republican support. Democrats simply don't have the numbers to pull off their illegal coup. But if more members of the GOP would stop "waffling" and call this impeachment inquiry what it really is -- a Witch Hunt -- President Trump could get back to the business of "Making America Great Again."Read more
