With the Senate returning on Monday after its six-week vacation, Majority Leader Thune just gave an update on the SAVE Act.

In short, Thune is still refusing to push for full debate and passage of the bill.

"On a practical level, it’s just not going to happen,” Thune said, speaking of passing the SAVE Act.

Thune is still hiding behind the UniParty's 60-vote "filibuster" threshold which as we have noted is not in the Constitution and will undoubtedly be removed as soon as Democrats take control of the Senate.

What's happening is Thune has aligned himself with a handful of RINOs to control the Senate and keep President Trump's "America First" agenda from moving forward.
