In the latest episode of his impeachment podcast called "The Verdict," Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) gave what we believe is the best explanation of what really happened last week.

Cruz is joined by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) as the two Senators give a rare, inside look at what was happening on the Senate floor as both sides worked to earn the final, key votes from GOP Wafflers who were holding out. Today, the Senate returns for the closing arguments in the impeachment Witch Hunt against President Trump. The final vote is expected on Wednesday.

At this point, all signs indicate that America's Commander-in-Chief will be acquitted on both charges. That should bring the Pelosi-Schiff-Schumer impeachment circus to an end.
