Even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) still can't put aside her hyper-partisan, anti-American, Trump-hating agenda. Yesterday, the office of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) sent Grassfire an email criticizing Pelosi for using the pandemic to push for a "blue-state bailout."

Democrats want a "Phase 4" coronavirus "response" to benefit "high earners" in states like California and New York. But the ink is barely dry on the "Phase 3" bill that Mr. Trump signed into law last week. McConnell insists he won't let the Speaker use the COVID-19 outbreak to pass "items unrelated to the emergency." Tuesday, he said on the "Hugh Hewitt Radio Show":

"I’m not going to allow this to be an opportunity for the Democrats to achieve unrelated policy items that they would not otherwise be able to pass."

That news came on the heels of Pelosi comparing Mr. Trump to the Roman emperor Nero during a CNN interview on Sunday. "As the President fiddles," she said, "people are dying." The Speaker also hinted that this global pandemic is grounds for yet another impeachment!

But in fact, Pelosi was the one "fiddling" with the lives of her California constituents on February 24. As the coronavirus outbreak worsened, she led an entourage of supporters through the streets of San Francisco. In a television interview, the Speaker encouraged people to: "Come to Chinatown. Here we are. We’re careful, safe... come join us."

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was so incensed by Pelosi's "fiddles" comment that he called it: "The most shameful, disgusting statement by any politician in modern history."

We agree with Sen. Graham and think it's time for citizens to let their voice be heard -- especially with our nation in crisis! Pelosi must apologize AND should be punished by Congress.
