This afternoon, President Trump (Joe Biden's chief political rival) was booked, processed and arraigned at federal court in Miami. America's 45th Commander-in-Chief was not handcuffed and no mugshot was taken. He left Miami for New Jersey and will deliver a speech tonight from Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.

President Trump entered a plea of "not guilty" to the 37-count criminal indictment that accuses him of mishandling classified documents. The world is still waiting for similar charges against Joe for having classified documents from his Senate and VP days in four different locations, including his garage.

Most "America First" patriots see the ongoing political prosecution of President Trump as another witch hunt. But what if the entire classified-documents "scandal" is a set-up by the federal government to take down the 2024 GOP presidential front-runner? The Gateway Pundit reports that, in an April letter to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Mr. Trump's attorneys alleged:

... the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) "has become overtly political and declined to provide archival assistance to President Trump's transition team" — the first such incidence of this to happen in 40 years. ... NARA's cooperation with the outgoing Trump administration differed starkly with what the agency had done with every president since Carter.

Jimmy Carter signed the Presidential Records Act in 1978, and the law went into effect when Ronald Reagan took office in January 1981. Even the Associated Press admits that Mr. Trump is "hardly the first president to mishandle classified information." So, why the two-tiered justice system? Because, as President Trump shared on TRUTH Social before leaving for court today: "WE ARE A NATION IN DECLINE!!!"
