Steve,
I have a simple request.
Will you help me feed this child, and so many more like him who are facing almost impossible odds right now in Honduras?
Actually, you can help Mercy Chefs feed a boy like this, his sister and his parents... for five days... for just $10. That's because the situation is so critical right now in the aftermath of two massive hurricanes that people are living on the streets and under overpasses -- having lost their homes and with no secure access to food. So we're providing them with Family Survival Meal Packs that feed a family of four for five days.
Maybe you can help sponsor three families today ($30), or five families ($50), or even ten families ($100). Over the past few weeks, Mercy Chefs has helped distribute thousands of these Meal Packs, in addition to providing hot meals to orphans and storm refugees along with thousands upon thousands of gallons of drinking water.
Right now, these kids in Honduras are heavy on my heart. A few days ago, our team learned of an orphanage that had its food supply disrupted. They urgently needed a reliable source of meals. Our team stepped in to help meet the need and started providing meals for these dear children.
So many families in Honduras are hurting right now. Many lost everything. Some have found their way to shelters, but the shelters are over capacity. Others are living beneath overpasses or any place that can give them some protection. Mercy Chefs is serving two shelters with hot meals while we provide Survival Meal Packs for families that have no place to go and no source of food.
To meet these needs -- and to feed kids like these -- I'm turning to friends like you.
This month alone, your generous support will help us provide more than a HALF MILLION meals. Thanks to you, we'll feed far more people this month than we have ever fed in December in our history.
Thank you for your prayers and your partnership. May God richly bless you as you bless those less fortunate.

P.S. Here's a photo taken just a few days ago at the orphanage in Honduras where Mercy Chefs is providing meals. Your support makes a direct impact on the lives of these kids and so many other hurting people right now. Thanks in advance for your help today.
