Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has announced the House will vote on a resolution this week that "affirms the ongoing, existing investigation" and "establishes the procedure" for her impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt. According to a FOX News article, this sham vote will take place on Thursday. As of early this morning, the House Committee on Rules hadn't even given the resolution a name. 

Democrats have been holding secretive, closed-door, non-transparent impeachment meetings on Capitol Hill for weeks. When Pelosi formally announced the start of the impeachment-inquiry Witch Hunt last month, the White House attacked the process as "highly partisan," "illegitimate" and "unconstitutional." Yesterday, she ridiculously blamed the Trump administration as the reason why the resolution is needed:

"We are taking this step to eliminate any doubt as to whether the Trump administration may withhold documents, prevent witness testimony, disregard duly authorized subpoenas, or continue obstructing the House of Representatives."

The White House responded to Pelosi's announcement by saying Thursday's vote proves that House Democrats have been conducting an "unauthorized" investigation. (For clarity, Representatives will NOT be voting on articles of impeachment. The resolution is meant to formally set the ground rules for the investigation, which has been going on, out of the public eye, for a month.)

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, which would play a role in a possible impeachment trial, said yesterday: "A vote now is a bit like un-ringing a bell as House Democrats have selectively leaked information in order to damage President Trump for weeks."

Patriotic Americans who support our Commander-in-Chief know exactly what the Democrats are up to with this second Witch Hunt. EVERY Republican in the House and Senate should be standing up and calling this impeachment inquiry exactly what it is: an attempted coup! This far-left effort to overthrow the results of a free and fair election MUST BE STOPPED.
