Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg reportedly called a "mystery witness" yesterday to appear before the grand jury deliberating over a possible indictment of President Trump. The New York Post reports:

The former publisher of the National Enquirer testified Monday before the grand jury that’s hearing evidence against ex-President Donald Trump in the Stormy Daniels "hush money" probe, The Post has learned. ... Pecker's exit, around 3:30 p.m., came about 90 minutes after the grand jury had been scheduled to reconvene to hear his testimony. ... The grand jurors also left the building without voting and aren't scheduled to return on Tuesday, meaning a potential indictment of Trump, 76, won't be handed up before Wednesday, at the earliest, sources said.

To many Americans, using the National Enquirer as a source in a possible indictment of America's 45th president (even the tabloid's ex-publisher) is likely to look desperate. A growing list of legal experts say Bragg doesn't have a case and should abandon his quest to bring down Mr. Trump.

In yesterday's "STOP TRUMP ATTACKS!" update, Grassfire quoted two of those experts. One of them even urged Bragg to "drop the case." If you missed that email, please see below. Or take immediate action to demand Republican lawmakers stop this latest witch hunt against President Trump.

Also making headlines, a new poll reveals that four out of five Republicans surveyed think President Trump is the victim of MULTIPLE witch hunts. According to Bloomberg News:

In a national Marist poll released Monday, 80% of self-identified Republicans said the investigations into hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels, his attempts to persuade Georgia officials to overturn his loss there in 2020 and his handling of classified documents were a "witch hunt." Only 18% of Republicans said they were fair.
