Grassfire has learned that something called the "Foreign Pollution Fee Act" is now in the Senate spending bill. This "pollution fee" is, essentially, a "carbon tariff" that increases taxes based on an exporting country's carbon emissions.

RINOs Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy are reportedly pushing the ultimate goal of the climate change hoaxers -- a CARBON TAX that the Washington Post says will "impose a tariff based on how much carbon dioxide the exporter has emitted."
