U.S. Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) is among the growing number of Republicans in both chambers of Congress calling for Joe Biden to be removed from office. In a Monday Twitter post, he wrote:

After the disastrous events in Afghanistan, we must confront a serious question: Is Joe Biden capable of discharging the duties of his office or has time come to exercise the provisions of the 25th Amendment?

That tweet came on the heels of one posted four days earlier, when Scott called out the "Commander-in-Chief" over "raging" inflation, the national debt and the border crisis. Noting that Democrats control the House, Senate and White House, the Florida Senator asked: "What in the world is Joe Biden doing?"

The third highest-ranking member of the House GOP, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), also tweeted on Monday that Mr. Biden is "unfit to serve as President of the United States." In a statement released that same day, Stefanik said, "Joe Biden owes every American veteran an apology for his dereliction of duty and his shameful decision to desert the American people and our allies during this most critical time."

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is even drafting articles of impeachment against Joe Biden over his Afghanistan failures. President Trump released another statement yesterday, criticizing Mr. Biden for the debacle still unfolding there now that Taliban terrorist control the country:

What took place yesterday in Afghanistan made our withdrawal from Vietnam look like child’s play. Perhaps in World history, there has never been a withdrawal operation that has been handled so disastrously. A President who has been illegitimately elected has brought great shame, in many ways, to our Country!

What do you think? Do you agree with President Trump and others in the GOP who say Biden's time as Commander-in-Chief must come to an end?
