Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich RIPPED into the Rogue Judges who are usurping President Trump's authority and issuing an unprecedented number of universal injunctions, calling the current crisis a "dictatorship by judge."

Newt said on the Mark Levin show:

"The district judges may be the worst because I think there is no constitutional basis for a district court judge to become an alternative president. And a lot of these decisions are absurd.

"[Thomas] Jefferson eliminated 14 judgeships.... I think that we're moving towards the point where we may have to eliminate a number of district courts just to communicate that we're not going to tolerate dictatorship by judge."

As Legal Scholar Jonathan Turley recently wrote, "Such injunctions did not exist at the founding, and only relatively recently became the rage among district court judges" (emphasis added). 

Per the Constitution, Congress is fully within its power to create and set the limits of all lower courts. Congress can stop these ROGUE RULINGS immediately.
