Yesterday, Rogue Judge Landya McCafferty ruled that President Trump cannot deny funding to schools that indoctrinate schoolchildren as young as kindergarten in Woke DEI policies (book pictured is used in Maryland elementary schools).

That means a lone judge has decided that your tax dollars MUST fund radical, WOKE, gender lunacy to kids as young as five and six years old!

This is just the latest in HUNDREDS of Lawfare attacks against President Trump's administration. Lawfare has been PLAN #1 to defeat President Trump from DAY ONE!

If these Rogue Judges aren't put in their place, President Trump's agenda will but crippled!

Senate Democrats are already digging in their heels in opposition. That's why it's critical that Republicans on the Judiciary Committee quickly move the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT to the Senate floor for a vote.

Sadly, these Rogue Judges are winning:

  • Rogue Judge Boasberg has assumed universal powers to block President Trump's deportations of criminal illegal aliens and is threatening to hold the Trump team in contempt!

  • Another Rogue Judge just blocked the deportation of hundreds of thousands of illegals who were FLOWN DIRECTLY TO THE UNITED STATES BY JOE BIDEN'S TEAM!

  • Other Rogue Judges are blocking DOGE efforts. By judicial fiat, these judges are FORCING President Trump to spend tax dollars on waste and fraud!

  • There have been more injunctions against President Trump in just three months than against all presidents combined over the past 100 years!!! And 90% of those injunctions have been issued by Democrat-appointed judges!

Again, the next step is for the Senate Judiciary Committee to move the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT to the Senate floor.
