Two more Rogue Judges just took action against President Trump's agenda, siding with Joe Biden's illegal invasion that flooded our nation with 21 million illegals.

  • Biden-appointed Rogue Judge Jennifer Thurston (left) issued an injunction prohibiting the Border Patrol from making arrests of illegal aliens without a specific warrant for each illegal. Thanks to this Rogue Judge, the Border Patrol's ability to make apprehensions of illegals could be crippled.

  • Another Biden-appointed Rogue Judge, Araceli Martinez Olguin (right), issued an injunction requiring YOUR TAX DOLLARS to pay for the cost of lawyers to represent illegal aliens! This amounts to BILLIONS of tax dollars!

These are two of the latest of more than 100 Rogue Judge injunctions against the Trump administration -- more than against all other presidents for the past 100 years. These Rogue Rulings threaten to cripple President Trump's administration.

The Senate can stop these Rogue Judges by passing the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT, but the bill is currently stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

As Legal Scholar Jonathan Turley recently wrote, "Such injunctions did not exist at the founding, and only relatively recently became the rage among district court judges" (emphasis added). 

Per the Constitution, Congress is fully within its power to create and set the limits of all lower courts. Congress can stop these ROGUE RULINGS immediately.

But the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT may be stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee!
