Legal experts are weighing in on the Manhattan district attorney's case against President Trump. Yesterday, Georgetown University Law Professor Jonathan Turley called Alvin Bragg's pending indictment "highly dubious," "a blatantly political prosecution" and "legally pathetic." Wow!

Last week, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz wrote in The New York Sun that America's 45th Commander-in-Chief is a victim of "targeted injustice. He added that everyone, regardless of party, "should be concerned about this weaponizing of the prosecutor's office for the political purpose of preventing a potential candidate from running for office."

"After spending months searching the criminal code for a law that Mr. Trump might be accused of violating," Dershowitz explained, "Mr. Bragg has apparently landed on a highly questionable campaign contribution provision that has never before been used in a comparable situation."
