Shortly after sending this morning's "Stop The Invasion!" update to team members, we received an important email from Capitol Hill. That message, from our contact inside House Majority Leader Steve Scalise's (R-LA) office, didn't mince words when declaring: "It's Border Week!"

Representatives are just days away from voting on the Secure the Border Act of 2023 (H.R. 2). House Republicans are going all out to pass the crucial legislation. This morning's email from Scalise's office included "one-sheets" and a section-by-section analysis of the bill to make their case to "Stop The Invasion!"

In addition to the attached one-sheet, we received a report from House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) that insists: "H.R. 2 secures America's borders, improves the asylum system, reduces the incentives for illegal immigration, criminalizes visa overstays, and addresses Biden's Border Crisis."
