Big News yesterday on President Trump's critical nominees.

First, the Senate confirmed Pam Bondi as the new Attorney General, with all Republicans and one Democrat (Sen. Fetterman) supporting her confirmation. This is great news for grassroots Americans and for the nation.

Also yesterday, both Tulsi Gabbard and Bobby Kennedy Jr. were approved by their committees in very narrow and hotly contested votes. Both now head to the Senate floor for final confirmation votes.

+ + Important Update on Bobby Kennedy

Your faxes and phone calls made a huge impact in all these battles, and especially Bobby Kennedy. Sen. Bill Cassidy made a very late decision to cast the deciding vote in favor of Kennedy -- but only after Cassidy shared on the Senate floor that he had received "thousands" of messages to his office day after day. Politico said Cassidy's office was "flooded" with contacts!

Your actions made the difference! But the Kennedy battle is not over.

RINO Mitch has refused to have a meeting with Bobby and has been openly critical of Kennedy. Several Republicans are still very uncomfortable with his nomination.

That's why we have updated our Bobby Kennedy FaxFire to focus on the pending Senate floor vote. Majority Leader Thune could bring the Kennedy vote to the floor as soon as today or tomorrow.
