America has been honoring our military men and women on November 11 for more than a century. In 1918, "Armistice Day" marked the end of World War I at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. One year later, President Woodrow Wilson commemorated the first anniversary after "The Great War":

A year ago today, our enemies laid down their arms in accordance with an armistice which rendered them impotent to renew hostilities, and gave to the world an assured opportunity to reconstruct its shattered order and to work out in peace a new and juster set of international relations.

According to Military·com: "In 1926, Congress made Armistice Day official, resolving that the 'recurring anniversary of November 11, 1918, should be commemorated with thanksgiving and prayer and exercises designed to perpetuate peace between nations.'"

Armistice Day became a federal holiday in 1938, and Congress officially changed the name to "Veterans Day" 16 years later. Today, we honor America's veterans and recognize the service and sacrifice of active-duty military men and women.

+ + Today, We Honor Veterans Who Have Fought And Died "Defending America's Greatness"

The radical, "woke" Left are working to DESTROY our great nation. In almost a prophetic act, President Trump stood at Mt. Rushmore in July of 2020 and delivered one of the greatest and most important speeches in U.S. history. "Defending America's Greatness" is EXACTLY what our veterans have fought and died for.

When you read what "45" said during that Independence Day address in South Dakota, it's as if he knew the battle we would be facing today in our schools, our workplaces and across America. In his Mt. Rushmore address, President Trump proudly and loudly celebrated our nation's exceptionalism in the face of radical opposition from far-left Democrats and Antifa anarchists. He delivered his address as anti-American activists were (and still are) violently trying to undermine our laws, our government and our way of life.

Grassfire was so impressed with his speech that we created Defending America's Greatness for our team members. This oversized, full-color, magazine-style publication commemorates Mr. Trump's historic visit to South Dakota on July 3, 2020.

We still have copies of this presidential keepsake available for immediate FREE shipping. This patriotic resource not only includes the Commander-in-Chief's address, it also contains important speeches and writings from the four American presidents carved into the national monument.
