Update: SAVE America Act getting "punted" this week?

On Saturday we issued a RED ALERT on the RINO dirty deal that could tank the SAVE America Act. This came after MEGA RINO Lindsey Graham met with President Trump on the RINO deal that all-but defeats the SAVE America Act.

Here's what's happening...

+ + How the RINO deal punts (and kills) the SAVE Act...

In the aftermath of the Thune-Schumer 3AM dirty deal that keeps ICE funding out of the DHS bill, and Speaker Johnson then linking arms with Thunethunepuntingsave.png on that deal, and Graham's lobbying at the White House, REPUBLICANS ARE NOW FULL-STEAM AHEAD TO DO THREE THINGS:

  1. Pass the Thune-Schumer partial DHS funding bill;

  2. Subsequently pass a mini-reconciliation bill that funds ICE, and

  3. PUNT on the SAVE America Act and later pass some "elements" of the bill in a third reconciliation bill.

This multi-step approach accomplishes the RINO key goal of EFFECTIVELY KILLING THE SAVE AMERICA ACT while preserving their cherished Zombie filibuster and relegating the America First Agenda to the dustbin of history.

The RINOs keep their Zombie filibuster, which means all the key elements of the America First agenda get blocked as they pretend to support us but actually favor their UniParty status quo.

Today, the Senate returns and will resume floor debate on the SAVE America Act. We fully expect that Thune will move to cut off debate THIS WEEK and switch to the three-step approach outlined above -- ALL THE WHILE PRETENDING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO STILL PASS THE SAVE ACT (which they won't).

Action #1 -- Fax Thune, Johnson, and the RINOs

The RINO-UniParty dirty deal is moving quickly. If we don't take a stand THIS WEEK and demand that GOP leaders actually debate and pass the SAVE America Act, then illegal voting will continue to impact our elections.

Action #2 -- Call Thune and Johnson

Call Thune and Johnson and let them know you OBJECT to their dirty deal and plan that effectively PUNTS on the SAVE America Act. A piecemeal treatment of the bill in a very unlikely third reconciliation bill is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
