Grassfire is deeply concerned that the SAVE America Act is now officially on LIFE SUPPORT.

Consider what has happened in the past week...

First, Speaker Johnson signed off on Thune's RINO-Dem dirty deal that partially funded DHS at 3AM through a VOICE VOTE -- with most Senators not even present. In doing so, Johnson linked arms with Sen. Thune on the RINO dirty deal to push the SAVE America Act discussion to "reconciliation."

But both Johnson and Thune know that the SAVE America Act cannot pass through "reconciliation." As "Data Republican" clearly explained on X:

"Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are 'budgetary.' Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say 'we tried.' We see through you."

This is IMPOSSIBLE. And they know it. Anything else is a political lie.

To make matters worse, Democrats are now pressing for both "War Powers" and possible Impeachment votes as soon as this coming week, further pushing the SAVE America Act out of the discussion.

The UniParty (RINOs and Democrats) have no interest in seeing the SAVE America Act passed. That means with Congress returning on Monday, we must turn up the heat STARTING TODAY.

Thune and Johnson linked arms behind the RINO plan while their colleagues were on vacation. Every conservative should be outraged. Call Thune and Johnson and let them know you OBJECT to their dirty deal and are demanding they pass the SAVE America Act:
