Late last week, yet another injunction was issued by a Rogue Judge against President Trump -- this time blocking President Trump's executive order requiring PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP in U.S. federal elections.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued an injunction
barring the proof of citizenship requirement from being implemented at this time.
As legal scholar Jonathan Hurley noted in his recent column:
"[President] Trump has already faced a record number of national injunctions by district courts. His administration has objected to forum- and judge-shopping by political opponents by bringing the majority of such challenges in overwhelmingly Democratic states like California.
"Such injunctions did not exist at the founding, and only relatively recently became the rage among district court judges." (emphasis added)

This is a critical week. Congress is back from its Easter Recess, and the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT is sitting in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The Committee has a scheduled meeting on THURSDAY, but the only way this bill will get on the docket is if patriots like you LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

As we have noted, President Trump has faced more injunctions from Rogue Judges 
in three months than the total number of injunctions imposed against all other presidents for the past ONE HUNDRED YEARS! Right now, there are more than 200 active court cases against the Trump Administration.
These rogue rulings will never end and they will cripple President Trump. That's why Congress must act.
Congress is fully within its power to create and set the limits of all lower courts. Congress can stop these ROGUE RULINGS immediately.
Again, the next step is for the Senate Judiciary Committee to move the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT to the Senate floor.
