Grassfire is hearing reports that Sen. Mitch McConnell is blocking the SAVE America Act
in the Senate -- giving all the Senate RINOs political cover as the bill languishes.
McConnell is chairman of the key committee where the SAVE Act sits and he is currently opposing the SAVE Act.
Sadly, we're not sure if McConnell is in a mental state to even know what he is supporting or opposing, but his formal opposition could defeat the bill and give Majority Leader Thune a free pass!
That's because Thune and the RINO establishment want to keep their "Zombie" filibuster in place. The last thing they want is an actual showdown on the Senate floor with Democrats over illegal voting and a host of other MAGA priorities. They want to keep the power within their Senate "club."
