New York City's District Attorney Alvin Bragg's indictment of President Trump has been flatly rejected and extensively criticized by two well-known and respected legal experts who are lifelong Democrats. George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley has called the case "highly dubious," "a blatantly political prosecution," "beyond the pale," "outrageous" and "legally pathetic."

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz has said America's 45th Commander-in-Chief is facing four "politically motivated" cases and "targeted injustice." Even before the Manhattan indictment became public, he hoped Bragg "does right thing" and "drops the case." Dershowitz went even further in blasting the far-Left's nonstop efforts to "get Trump," telling FOX News:

"We have a two-tier justice system of justice. There's no doubt at all that if his name was not Donald Trump, there'd be no investigation of him. ... This is the worst example of prosecutorial abuse of discretion I've seen in my 60 years of practicing criminal law. ... This is one of the most dangerous precedents any prosecutor has ever tried to establish in the United States."
