This bill exposes Joe Biden's recent anti-Israel and unconstitutional actions withholding military support from the nation of Israel and FORCES BIDEN TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW. According to Punchbowl:
"The GOP-drafted legislation calls on the Biden administration to allow previously approved arms transfers “to proceed quickly.” And it also requires the administration to “utilize all congressionally appropriated funds for security assistance for Israel as Congress intended.”

During a recent interview, Biden 
said he would withhold military aid from Israel if Israel did not do what he said in their war with Hamas.
According to Punchbowl, Biden has stopped the delivery of "3,500 heavy aerial bombs" in an effort to interfere with Israel's war to defend itself against Hamas.
This is shocking in that a U.S. President just launched an open, political attack against one of our best allies. It is also UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Biden is prescribed by LAW to deliver the funds Congress authorized.
+ + Grounds for impeachment?
Sen. Tom Cotton says this is clear grounds for impeachment: "The House has no choice but to impeach Biden based on the Trump-Ukraine precedent of withholding foreign aid to help with reelection."
Even CNN talking head Scott Jennings agrees:
“We impeached the president of the United States for withholding military aid authorized by Congress from Ukraine, $400 million,” Jennings said. “That was the basis of the impeachment. This is congressionally authorized military aid to our ally, and he [Biden] is withholding it for political reasons.”
Now, the House is voting on a measure to condemn Biden's anti-Israel and unconstitutional actions.
