The early attacks against Judge Kavanaugh's nomination or the U.S. Supreme Court are working.

According to early polling, Judge Kavanaugh is among the LEAST POPULAR Supreme Court nominees in history. Based on results from three polls, his favorable/unfavorable numbers are nearly as bad as Robert Bork's, who was famously "Borked" by Senate Democrats.

And that's just the beginning...

Gallup's polling shows that the partisan split against Kavanaugh is by far THE WORST that Gallup has recorded dating back more than 30 years. Democratic animosity against Kavanaugh is more than DOUBLE the split against Bork.

The net effect of these polling numbers means the Kavanaugh nomination already faces an uphill battle. As the political blog 538 bluntly noted:

"Supreme Court nominees as unpopular as Kavanaugh have never been successfully confirmed."

+ + Action: Sign The CONFIRM CAVANAUGH petition

These polling number confirm that citizen who support the President's nominee cannot afford to sit by silently and let this wave of opposition continue to build. Once we reach the 10,000 threshold, Grassfire will be delivering petitions to the Senate to send an early message that we must confirm the President's nominee. Please take a moment right now to sign the CONFIRM KAVANAUGH petiton by going here:

+ + Lawsuits already filed...

As we noted to you, two Anti-Trump activist groups have already launched a federal lawsuit demanding the release of what they claim is "more than a million Kavanaugh documents that are a matter of public record but are being withheld by the Justice Department and the National Archives."

Clearly, Democrats are going to demand that EVERY last page of this alleged million-document dossier be analyzed before Judge Kavanaugh can even be questioned by the Senate. In fact, swing Senator Murkowski has already signaled that the large number of documents could be "bad news" for the Kavanaugh nomination.

Let's deliver a strong message to these two swing Senators next week. Go here to sign the petition.
