What happened in Israel over the weekend amounts to an unspeakable horror.

We have learned from Israel's military that Hamas militant terrorists brutally murdered dozens in one community, including more than 40 babies. It's difficult to even process this level of evil. An Israeli Defense Force General said:

"We used to imagine our grandmothers and grandfathers during the pogroms in Europe. It’s not something that we have seen in recent history."

All of Israel is in a state of shock. At the same time, all of Israel is working to save lives and secure their land.

With our partners in Israel, Mercy Chefs has been working in Israel since this weekend to help provide food and resources to the communities near Gaza that were devastated. Our Mercy Chefs team is on the ground and has established a base camp to prepare and distribute hot meals across the country.
