These 21 got the headline from FOXNews they wanted: "These are the 21 House Republicans who held out against Trump, Johnson on $1.2T spending bill."

Not true. In reality, these 21 MADE THE BILL POSSIBLE by supporting the "rule" and then flipping their votes to make it look like they opposed the bill. We call it "playfight and surrender." It looks like resistance but it's really capitulation (we explain here).
