Dear Senator,

I'm faxing today to urge you to cast a "No!" vote on Mr. Biden's Supreme Court pick. I'm concerned that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's judicial philosophy will contribute to the "wokeness" that is hurting and dividing our great nation. Also, I worry that her history of not cracking down on child-sex offenders will harm children and empower predators.

Joe Biden promised he would name a black woman to the Supreme Court of the United States. The nominee's race and gender were major factors in the "Commander-in-Chief's" decision. That's not good enough, nor appropriate, for a lifetime appointment to our great nation's High Court. 

While Judge Jackson would be the first black woman to serve on the nation's high court, she has been criticized for what Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell calls "judicial activism." The Harvard graduate has a record of weak sentencing for child-sex offenders; was unable (or unwilling) to define what a "woman" is; refused to condemn Democrat efforts to "pack" the High Court; apparently supports divisive Critical Race Theory; and failed to disclose whether or not she believes our "natural rights" come from God or government.

Please vote against Joe Biden's ill-qualified and divisive Supreme Court nominee. I will be monitoring the Senate's response to my urgent call to action. Thank you for your time and attention to this critically important issue.
