Dear Senator,

Partisanship has no place at the Federal Communications Commission, and Joe Biden's nominee to serve on the influential FCC panel is blatantly anti-conservative and anti-free speech. Radical leftist Gigi Sohn has shown her huge bias against First Amendment rights for all during three confirmation hearings by the Senate's Commerce Committee.

I'm faxing today to urge you to reject Ms. Sohn's nomination. If Senators confirm her, she would be a key swing vote against conservatives. Not only would she give Democrats a 3-2 majority on the FCC panel, she would likely work to censor conservative voices, possibly by revoking the licenses of right-leaning media outlets. Ms. Sohn has made clear that strategy is a primary objective of hers.

She is facing severe pushback from Americans for labeling President Trump a "white supremacist" and "liking" a Twitter post calling for defunding the police. Ms. Sohn also has stood with fellow radical leftists who say that police in Portland were 'armed goons' for defending their city against Antifa.
