Dear Senator,

Joe Biden's nominee to serve on the influential Federal Communications Commission (FCC) panel is facing severe pushback from Americans who insist she's blatantly anti-conservative and anti-free speech. Radical leftist Gigi Sohn has shown her huge bias against First Amendment rights for all during her three confirmation hearings by the Senate's Commerce Committee.

If Senators confirm Ms. Sohn, she would be a key swing vote against conservatives. Not only would she give Democrats a 3-2 majority on the FCC panel, she would likely work to censor conservative voices, possibly by revoking the licenses of right-leaning media outlets. Ms. Sohn has made clear that strategy is a primary objective of hers.

Not only has she labeled President Trump a "white supremacist," she once "liked" a Twitter post calling for defunding the police and also has agreed that police in Portland were 'armed goons' for defending their city against Antifa. I'm faxing today to urge you NOT to confirm Ms. Sohn to the FCC panel. Partisanship should have no home at the Federal Communications Commission.
