Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is calling out Senate GOP leaders and urging them not to hide behind the so-called "zombie" filibuster.

Luna recently appeared on FOXNews with Maria Bartiromo and explained precisely what needs to happen to pass the SAVE America Act and stop illegal voting.

"Senator Thune has every ability to bring the Standing Filibuster to the [Senate] floor... [The SAVE Act] is the number one thing, especially moving to the mid-terms.... Thune needs to bring it to the floor and it needs to happen immediately."

Bartiromo then challenged the idea of using the Talking Filibuster, saying it had "never been used."

Luna corrected Bartiromo and explained that "the Talking Filibuster is actually how the filibuster worked historically." It's the Zombie filibuster that is the modern aberration.

And Thune has NO EXCUSE for not passing the SAVE Act with the Talking Filibuster. That's because no new laws or difficult Senate rule changes are needed to revert to the historic Standing filibuster.

Unfortunately, GOP Senate leaders like their nice, safe, "Zombie" filibuster. It gives them endless excuses for not getting anything done! They can just blame Democrats and the "Zombie" filibuster!

The only way Thune and GOP Senate leaders will take the steps needed to save our nation, including passing the SAVE America Act, by re-instituting the Standing filibuster is if they hear from patriots like you.
