The RINOs in Congress are pressing hard to get their DIRTY DEAL passed this week in a series of moves that effectively KILL the SAVE America Act.

First, as we reported to you, Thune and Schumer struck a 3AM dirty deal that kept ICE funding out of the DHS bill. This vote happened in the middle of the night with only a handful of Senators even on hand. The entire Senate was complicit in this late-night vote. The Senators didn't even record how they voted!

Thune then took this deal to Speaker Johnson and got him to agree -- we'll leave ICE out of DHS funding and then do a separate mini "reconciliation" bill that only funds ICE.

But this strategy effectively KILLS the SAVE America Act along with all the other key MAGA priorities because it relies on a near-impossible THIRD "reconciliation" bill some time in the future.

Thune and the RINOs know this. 

Now Johnson and House Republicans are in a bind... agree to the Schumer-Thune dirty deal or face the wrath of the "shutdown mob." And of course, Thune is putting all the blame on House Republicans for the bind he created with this dirty deal.

Thankfully, a handful of conservatives in the House are standing up to the Dirty Dealers. They are demanding that the SAVE America Act and other key conservative priorities get put at the front of the line instead of being sidelined.

But this week is absolutely critical.

Congress is under enormous pressure to fund DHS by the end of the week. If the Thune-Schumer DIRTY DEAL wins, then we should expect that the SAVE America Act will be abandoned.
