In a single sentence, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal to stay out of prison: "The application for release pending appeal presented to the Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied."

Bannon's four-month sentence begins Monday at a federal prison in Connecticut. He's scheduled for release JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE the 2024 election.

NBC News reported yesterday that the 70-year-old former White House advisor has already been assigned an inmate number by the federal Bureau of Prisons: 05635-509. It's outrageous!

Bannon's upcoming incarceration is only the second time in 50 years that a person has been jailed for contempt of Congress. Another former advisor to President Trump, Peter Navarro, began serving his four-month prison sentence for "contempt of Congress" in March.
