Dear Senator,

I'm writing to urge you to support Sen. Rick Scott's amendment that will cut hundreds of billions of waste that was added to Medicaid by ObamaCare. This amendment must become part of the bill before final passage.

This amendment would fix one of the worst ObamaCare provisions that caused PERVERSE FINANCIAL INCENTIVES for states to greatly expand Medicaid into working-age adults with no children.

I'm also disappointed that the Senate version of "Big, Beautiful Bill" does an even worse job that the House-passed bill of cutting the Green Scam. Even worse, both the House and Senate bills front-load the benefits and pushes the "savings" to after President Trump leaves office (translation: those "savings" will never happen). As a result, the bill actually INCREASES the federal debt by an estimated $1.5 TRILLION over the next four years.

I'm also outraged that an Obama-era parliamentarian is gutting many key provisions of President Trump's agenda in the bill. Majority Leader Thune should REMOVE or BYPASS the parliamentarian. Both actions are fully within his authority.
