As soon as TOMORROW, the House will vote on whether to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS.

Here's what happened...

• Garland rejected a House subpoena to provide the audio recordings of President Biden's interview with Special Counsel Hur pursuant to Hur's probe regarding Biden's handling of classified documents.
  
  
• Hur indicated that Biden did, in fact, mishandle documents, but a jury would not find him guilty because he is a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
  
  
• Since the DOJ is prosecuting President Trump on similar charges but is NOT prosecuting President Biden, House leaders demanded the recordings in order to determine if Garland's DOJ is acting impartially.
  
  
• Also, there is a concern that Garland is simply protecting Joe Biden during an election year because the audio tapes would further reveal why Hur determined that Biden was in "a mental state of willingness" to even stand trial!
