Dear Member of Congress,

I'm faxing today in support the bill that would ban the TikTok video-sharing app unless the app is sold.

I understand that TikTok is hugely popular across America, but that's what makes it dangerous. The parent company of the social-media app captures user data and, reportedly, makes it available to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). That kind of security risk is unacceptable on both a national AND personal level.

While some might see a TikTok ban as blatant censorship, I believe it's necessary to protect individuals' personal data from a foreign government that is hostile to free speech and freedom of religion.

Please note that I am monitoring congressional response to my urgent call to action. Thank you for your time and your assistance regarding this issue of national security AND personal freedom.
