I urge you to vote that Attorney General Merrick Garland is in CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS when that comes to a House floor vote.

Garland has rejected a House subpoena to provide the audio recordings of President Biden's interview with Special Counsel Hur pursuant to Hur's probe regarding Biden's handling of classified documents. Hur indicated that Biden did, in fact, mishandle documents, but a jury would not find him guilty because he is a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

Since the DOJ is prosecuting President Trump on similar charges but is NOT prosecuting President Biden, Congress must have all the facts to determine if Garland's DOJ is acting impartially. Plus, Garland cannot resist a Congressional subpoena simply to protect a President in an election year who the special counsel said could not demonstrate "a mental state of willingness" in a criminal inquiry.

It is vital that Congress have the full picture. Garland must be punished. I urge you to support the CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS vote for A.G. Garland.
