Fax delivery refund

We recently discovered that our FaxFire system had failed to deliver some fax orders. The system has been fully restored. Unfortunately, the disruption in our fax service impacted the delivery of fax orders from some of our team members, including you.

To rectify this situation, we are offering all those impacted by this disruption two options:

1. Grassfire VIP status at no cost to you through the end of the year, allowing you to send Level One faxes at an 80% discount;
2. Refund by check for any fax campaigns that were not sent.

As an honorary VIP through the end of the year, you will receive:

• 80% discount on Level One faxes and significant discounts on larger faxes;
• FIRST PRIORITY delivery of Grassfire's morning VIP news briefing

To accept our offer of VIP status through the end of the year, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM. Not responding will constitute your acceptance of the offer of VIP status.

If you prefer a refund, simply click "submit" below and then watch for an email to confirm your correct mailing address. We will then process a refund check (please allow 2-4 weeks for the check to arrive).
