It is quite possible that Joe Biden's pardon of Anthony Fauci is NOT VALID.

First, the Fauci pardon was a "preemptive pardon" which is constitutionally and legally on shaky grounds to begin with. How can a President issue a pardon for crimes that have not even been brought before a court or filed as charges?

Second, the Fauci pardon (pictured here) happened by AutoPen in the final hours of Biden's presidency. Citing a New York Times report, FOXNews says "Biden did not personally approve each name included in the broad, categorical pardons."

Instead, Biden's Chief Of Staff approved the use of the Autopen for pre-emptive pardons of Fauci and others, the specific details of which Biden likely may not have had knowledge! As President Trump said:

"In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that Biden's aides abused the power of presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden's cognitive decline and assert Article II authority." -- President Trump
