After a 25-hour bombardment of Fort McHenry in Baltimore Harbor, Francis Scott Key peered into the "dawn's early light" to see if American troops had survived the British onslaught. The first stanza of his 1814 poem, which later became our national anthem, asked: "Oh say, does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave, over the land of the free and the home of the brave?"
You can answer that question with a resounding "Yes!" Show everyone where you stand by displaying "Old Glory" outside your home, office, church and/or school. In appreciation for your contribution of $20 or more to help Grassfire build, we'll send you one 3' x 5' American flag. Contribute $40 or more to receive THREE "Star-Spangled Banners." Plus, we'll cover the shipping!
