Democrats can't include mass amnesty for eight million (or more) illegal aliens as part of their "budget reconciliation" bill. According to FOX News, the Senate parliamentarian ruled Sunday night re-writing immigration law "fell outside the scope of what is allowed in a reconciliation bill" and would require more than a simple majority vote to pass the Upper Chamber.
FOX News also reports that the parliamentarian said the provision "would raise the deficit by an estimated $140 billion over 10 years." But radical Democrats don't care. They don't have any problem spending and wasting taxpayers' hard-earned money.
As usual (and as expected), the unhinged Left is outraged that they can't write their own rules to enact their extreme, far-Left, un-American agenda. Ultra-liberal Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MI) reacted by urging Joe Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to do pass amnesty regardless of the economic and political cost.
"This ruling by the parliamentarian, is only a recommendation. @SenSchumer and the @WhiteHouse can and should ignore it," Omar tweeted Sunday night. "We can't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to do the right thing."
Since when is legislative tyranny "the right thing" to do? Currently, only two Democrats are opposed to Joe Biden's $3.5-trillion SPENDING SCAM: Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV). Those two "moderate" lawmakers are the key to saving America from full-blown socialism.
