The Committee meets today, but to our knowledge, this bill has NOT been added to the agenda!

There is nothing stopping the GOP members of Judiciary from moving this bill to the Senate floor.

As we celebrate President Trump's historic first 100 days in office today, sadly, the Radical Left and Rogue Judges are having their own "100" celebration.

+ + 100 Rogue Rulings in first 100 Days...

As of late last week, there have now been more than 100 injuncitons or rulings by Rogue Judges blocking the Trump Administration.

That means there have been more Rogue Judge injunctions against President Trump than against all other presidents over the past 100 years!

Two last week were absolutely shocking:

  • As we reported yesterday, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued an injunction barring the proof of citizenship requirement from being implemented at this time.
  • Also last week, another Rogue Judge decided that your tax dollars MUST fund radical, WOKE, gender lunacy to kids as young as five and six years old.

+ + Effort to stop Rogue Judges stalled?

This is a judicial crisis, what former Speaker Newt Gingrich called a judicial "coup d'etat."

Unfortuntely, it now appears the House-passed NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT may be stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee, le by Sen. Chuck Grassley (pictured here).

The Committee has a scheduled meeting on THURSDAY, but as of this morning, the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT has not been added to the public agenda for that meeting.

We want to deliver our STOP ROGUE JUDGES petition to Chairman Grassley before Thursday's meeting. But we must rally an additional 3,500 signers in the next 24 hours.

As Legal Scholar Jonathan Turley recently wrote, "Such injunctions did not exist at the founding, and only relatively recently became the rage among district court judges" (emphasis added). 

Per the Constitution, Congress is fully within its power to create and set the limits of all lower courts. Congress can stop these ROGUE RULINGS immediately.

But the NO ROGUE RULINGS ACT may be stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee!

Let Congress know where you stand by signing the petition.
