President Trump told the United Nations General Assembly yesterday:
"Approximately 80% of the world population live in countries where religious liberties are threatened, restricted or even banned. When I heard that number I said, ‘Please go back and check because it can’t possibly be correct.’ Sadly, it was. Eighty percent. As we speak, Jews, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Sikhs, and many other people of faith are being jailed, sanctioned, tortured and even murdered at the hands of their own government simply for expressing their deeply held religious beliefs. ... Today, with one clear voice, the United States of America calls upon the nations of the world to end religious persecution.”

Franklin Graham is speaking out about the so-called "Equality Act." The president of Samaritan's Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association insists the bill "has nothing to do with equality."
He says the proposed House legislation is the "socialist left's" attempt to push "the LGBTQ agenda down the throats of the American people." Graham also stated recently, "This bill is the most crushing threat to religious liberty in our nation’s history."

Franklin Graham recently called the Equality Act "the most crushing threat to religious liberty in our nation’s history" in calling out Taylor Swift for her support of the bill.
Graham said:
"Shame on Taylor Swift for using her platform to try to push the socialist left’s so-called Equality Act, which has nothing to do with equality, but is about pushing the LGBTQ agenda down the throats of the American people... This bill is the most crushing threat to religious liberty in our nation’s history."
