I urge you to VOTE NO in the Senate on the backroom budget deal and demand that Congress hold the line on the budget to no more than the prior year's budget.

I am outraged that Congress is rushing to pass this DIRTY BUDGET DEAL that greatly expands government spending and creates $1 Trillion deficits for the foreseeable future -- with no real spending cuts! What happened to the days when Republicans actually OPPOSED runaway spending and deficits! Now, Congressional Republicans and President Trump are on the verge of partnering with Democrats on a budget deal that is WORSE than what President Obama delivered.

Despite the blatant lies and half-truths, this deal creates $1 trillion deficits and does not impose any real, near-term spending cuts. The alleged "cuts" happen in the future and will be repealed by a future Congress. In fact, this dirty deal wipes out the cuts promised in prior deals. It's the same sad story.

As Rush Limbaugh noted, "Nobody is a fiscal conservative anymore." Take a stand. Say NO to the Spending Madness!
