I hope that something positive comes out of the president’s efforts to abate censorship of conservative views and promote free-speech zones for rational, responsible discourse on these social media platforms.

The symptoms she so regularly presents are clear and undeniable; Nancy Pelosi is “morbidly obtuse,” not to mention petty and despicable.

Special rights are not the same as equal rights! No court has the right to “redefine” a religiously defined term {i.e., “marriage”) that has been established by all religions and our society for over 2,000 years. No one should be forced by any law or any court to celebrate through their art a relationship that is abhorrent to their religious beliefs. That’s an immoral act by government against the people; and it goes against our Constitution, to wit: “Our Constitution was made only for a religious and moral people. It is totally inadequate for the governance on any other. We have no government armed in power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion.” – John Adams, address to the military, Oct. 11, 1798.

The separation of church and state concept appears NOWHERE in our Constitution. We are, and always will be, “One nation under God!” That said, every proponent of abortion should be challenged to answer this question: “At what point in the gestation period of a human being in vivo does the Creator-endowed constitutionally enumerate RIGHT TO LIFE of that human being supersede a woman’s ‘right’ to unilaterally choose to terminate that life for convenience as ‘birth control’?”

Question for all supporters of this NY law: "At what point in the gestation period of a healthy human being in utero does the Creator-endowed, constitutionally enumerated RIGHT TO LIFE of that human being supersede a woman’s unilateral “right” to terminate that life?"

The supporters of this horrific NY law would answer “NEVER,” as it sanctions abortion for convenience as “birth control” right up to the threshold of birth; and that is despicable beyond belief!

With their apocalyptic rhetoric, Democrats have manufactured all of the “animosity” amongst their leftist base who have been told how “terrible” the nominee is, but have not done any background research themselves. These “triggered” senators can “demand” anything that they want, but there’s no law that would require copies of the documents to be produced. In fact, any reasonable judge would dismiss the entire suit with prejudice…and maybe even sanction the lawyers who filed it.

Most of the documents are probably public record anyway,, so the Dems can either “pound sand” or do their own research.

There are no substantive arguments against the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, so all Dems can try to do is delay and obstruct the process.

“My judicial philosophy is straightforward. A judge must be independent and must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written. And a judge must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.” – Judge Brett Kavanaugh. (Anyone who tries to argue against this definition just looks petty and ridiculous.)
