Late last night, a deal was struck with Chuck Schumer and the Democrats that gives them the upper hand in legislating their massive BACKDOOR AMNESTY under the guise of "reforming" ICE.

The plan was to finish all the votes around 2AM -- when the rest of us were sleeping.

But the deal hit a snag and now Senators are scrambling to get their dirty deal done.

Conservatives are up in arms that Democrats have gained the upper hand. Politico reports that "Republicans’ biggest fear is it could all end with Democrats jamming the GOP with their demands, which include tighter warrant rules, a ban on masks and a requirement for body cameras and independent investigations."

As we have explained, "tighter warrants" means BACKDOOR AMNESTY for tens of millions of illegal aliens. ICE will have NO authority to deport the vast majority of illegals.
