"CEASE AND DESIST" Any And All U.S. Funding For Egypt And Libya

The attacks by radical Islamists on U.S. Embassies resulting in the invasion of U.S. soil, the desecration of U.S. property including our flag, and the murder of U.S. citizens demands an immediate response. Sadly, we are funding these attacks. The U.S. government currently pumps billions of dollars into countries whose leaders and people are openly hostile to our way of life. All such funding should be stopped -- beginning with more than $1.5 billion to the Muslim Brotherhood-led Egypt government and Libya.

I am deeply disturbed and outraged by the recent coordinated attacks against our nation by Islamic radicals in Egypt and Libya that have resulted in the invasion of U.S. soil, the desecration of U.S. property including our flag, and the murder of U.S. citizens. In light of this attack on our nation -- and the fact that my tax dollars are funding extremist leadership in these nations -- I am calling on Congress and the President to immediately CEASE AND DESIST any and all U.S. funding currently going to Egypt and Libya. I also support extending this CEASE AND DESIST funding policy to any nation whose government or people openly attack or undermine these United States of America.
