DEFEND THE REPUBLIC PLEDGE
"Against Obama's War On The People"

Two monumental assaults on our Republic by The Obama Administration and the U.S. Supreme Court has put our fundamental liberties at risk, and how WE THE PEOPLE respond will likely determine the kind of nation our children and grandchildren call home.

By upholding ObamaCare as a tax, the Court has rubber stamped the largest tax increase and greatest expanse of federal power in the history of our nation... Just days before, Obama revoked the federal government's immigration enforcement agreement with Arizona and established a "hotline" against Arizona officials -- essentially declaring political war on a sovereign state!

These actions come on the heels of Obama's decision to unilaterally grant amnesty to 1.4 million illegal aliens -- without any votes in Congress or even issuing an Executive Order. And of course, this same president REFUSES to enforce any federal law that he happens to disagree with, such as the Defense Of Marriage Act.

Time For "We The People" To Defend The Republic

With no regard for the U.S. Constitution, the Obama regime is using brute political force and intimidation to advance his statist agenda. Absolutely NO regard is being given to existing laws or the will of the people. The reckless actions of this administration and the Supreme Court in their upholding of ObamaCare amounts to a political "war on the people and the states" and demands an immediate and swift response from citizens. Grassfire Nation has launched this "Defend The Republic Pledge" to embolden and rally grassroots Americans to stand in opposition to Obama's war on the people.

This Pledge is your unequivocal statement in opposition of the “War On The People” that has been unleashed by Obama and supported by the Supreme Court. This Pledge reasserts your personal commitment to our Constitution and the 10th Amendment rights of the people and the states. The Pledge is also a statement of solidarity with Arizona and other public and private institutions that are coming under direct assault from the Obama Regime.

As a citizen of these United States, I am signing this "Defend The Republic" Pledge. This Pledge is my unequivocal statement in opposition to the War On The People unleashed by Obama and endorsed by the U.S. Supreme Court. Their latest actions amount to direct unconstitutional, unlawful and hostile actions against the people and our states.

By signing this Pledge I am reaffirming my personal commitment to the U.S. Constitution and the 10th Amendment rights which are reserved to "the people and the states." I am also making a statement of solidarity with the state of Arizona and other public and private institutions that are coming under direct assault from the Obama Regime. I will not sit by silently as the Obama administration or any other civil authority undermines the rights of the people and the states.
