Petition To Close The Illegal
Alien Funding IRS Loopholes
Shocking but true... American citizens are paying for illegal
aliens to receive billions of dollars of tax credits and refunds
from the IRS through loopholes in the tax code that allow
illegals to even claim child tax credits for relatives living in
foreign countries.
In 2010, the total cost of the Illegal Alien-Funding child tax
credit loophole alone totaled $4.2 billion. Some illegal aliens
are receiving $10,000 or more in rebates from the IRS because of
these loopholes, claiming 7, 8 or 9 children, nieces or nephews
on their tax return -- none of whom reside in the U.S.
How can illegal aliens get a tax refund if they do not have a
Social Security Number? The IRS conveniently provides illegals
with what is called an "Individual Taxpayer Identification
Number" (ITIN) so they can file and claim tax credits and
refunds.

Congress And Obama: Stop This Now!
Congress must immediately close the illegal alien-funding IRS
loophole that is funneling our tax dollars to illegal aliens who
have broken our laws and are abusing the tax code to their

As a concerned
citizen, I am outraged to learn that at least $4.2 billion of
federal funds has been distributed to illegal aliens through an
IRS loophole that pays illegals the child tax credit. Illegal
aliens have no right to be in our country and certainly do not
have any right to claim tax credits and rebates. To make matters
worse, illegal aliens are claiming these tax credits for
children who do not even reside in United States. The loophole
that allows illegals to claim the child tax credit -- as well as
any other IRS loopholes that funnel my tax dollars to illegals
-- must be closed immediately
