Petition To Keep My Tax Dollars From Funding The "ObamaPhone" Welfare Program

More than 16 million of Americans are receiving free phone service at the expense of U.S. Taxpayers through the federal government’s "Lifeline" program. The program has grown by 76% under the Obama Administration as millions have jumped on board to get free cell phone service. Today, 12.5 million people get phone service on the government dole. The program provides free service to anyone who is at or below 135% of the poverty level ($31,117 in annual income for a family of four) or qualifies for any number of federal handout programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Section 8 housing.
