1. I OPPOSE the
government takeover of our health care system
through the passage of ObamaCare (H.R. 3590 and H.R.
4872). ObamaCare is an unconstitutional infringement
on my inalienable rights and will further bankrupt
our nation.
2. I SUPPORT lawsuits and other efforts in the
courts to stop enforcement of ObamaCare and rule it
unconstitutional. I also support legislative and
legal efforts in my state to prohibit enforcement of
ObamaCare.
3. I WILL NOT VOTE for any elected official voting
for H.R. 3590 or H.R. 4872, including cloture votes
in the Senate. In addition, I put the principles of
the Constitution first and will only support
candidates for public office who reject Big
Government Statism.
